The media could not be loaded. This fan looks great once it is installed. Having 5 light bulbs in one fixture puts out a great amount of light in dim rooms. I have 5 LED bulbs that are rated at 1100 Lumens and it's super bright. The fan has 6 speeds and is pretty quiet when running at the highest speed. I was shocked with the amount of air this thing moves. It's amazing having it in a room that only had a light fixture originally.Installation - There's been a lot of complaints about the install but I honestly felt it was easy and very straight forward. I admit, the instructions should be re-written as they are not very informative. Hanging and wiring were very easy with a few things to note. First, the instructions has mounting the bracket to concrete or wood but doesn't have instructions for mounting to existing outlet/fixture boxes. I bring this up because they do not give you any hardware to mount it to a box (fine threaded screws that typically come with light fixtures, etc). I only had hardware for mounting into wood (wood screws) or concrete (concrete screws/lugs). So I removed one of the old screws from the existing fixture and went to the hardware store and matched 2 screws that were about half an inch shorter than my original. Doing this worked perfectly. Another thing I replaced or changed was the wire nuts. They are tiny and really cheap. I have 12 gauge wire on my circuit and it wouldn't fit in the wire nut along with the smaller gauge wire from the fixture. So I recommend buying better wire nuts or connectors and tossing the ones that came with the fan.I used the shorter mounting pipe/pole as I have 8 foot ceilings.Overall, I am very pleased with this fan. It looks great hanging from the ceiling and is very stable and quiet when running. I am going to buy some dimmable smart Edison style smart bulbs for it with tunable white.

The media could not be loaded. I am so happy I found this fan. It is so incredibly cool! Blades go in at end of use and out when you first turn it on. The price was excellent too! Looks great and really cools well! The only thing I don’t like about this fan is the lights automatically come on every single time, there is no way to disable that function. it certainly does not make me want to give any less than five stars though, but if they added that feature, it would be perfect. Comes with a remote control, which is easy to use. The fan was a little more difficult to install, needed two people to do it , but this was an excellent purchase. If you’re looking for something unique, this is it!

I purchased this light/fan for my bedroom. It was easy to install. The fan is quiet and light is bright. Easy remote included for adjusting settings. Great value

Do not buy this fan! It worked good for several months then there was no way to run the fan without the light being on. I emailed the company and they sent out a replacement receiver and remote. I, unfortunately, waited months to try and install the new receiver but decided it was finally time because the lights were flickering despite the bulbs being new. When trying to install the new receiver, I realized the wiring does not match the wiring in the fan itself. I could email the company but it took so long to get the first issue resolved that at this point, I’m just going to buy a new fan from somewhere else. Not worth the purchase or headache. Just wish I could get my money back at this point.!

This is a nice looking fan, moves a decent amount of air, looks great...but the cage needs some "tweaking" to fit over the bolts and one of the black knobs would not fit the installed bolts because it was too close to the edge of the cage. The instructions are not that great either. The other con is the wall switch for the fan shuts off the fan but does not remember the setting so you have to use the remote to turn the fan back on. If you use the Edison 60 watt equivalent LED bulbs they are very bright, I have ordered some 40 watt LED's and will see if that tones it down some. I agree with others, silver screws to attach the ceiling canopy when everything else is black, come on.For those that have two wall switches in their home you can bypass the controller wires and connect the light wires directly to your home wiring so the original wall light switch operates the light, but then the remote will not operate the lights which was fine for us, who goes into a dark room and has to look for the remote?For me the install of the fan was not that difficult, took more time to remove the old Hunter fans than it did to install this one.Overall it is nice fan and we will be buying more of them for other rooms as we like the look and how they perform, just hope they last as long as the old Hunter fans did, 15 years and still going strong.

Looks great and does it's job. Install may be challenging if this is a solo project.

I really wanted to love this ceiling fan because the design is sleek and modern, and the quality seemed impressive especially when it worked. Unfortunately, my experience was a bit frustrating. Upon delivery, several pieces were missing, which required me to hire an electrician to properly install the fan, costing me more than the price of the fan itself.For the first three years, the fan worked beautifully. It was silent, provided excellent airflow, and felt incredibly durable. However, after that, it began to exhibit issues, and now the fan component has stopped working altogether. It only turns on the lights regardless of which button I press on the remote. This was particularly disappointing since I expected more longevity for the price.While I do love how it looked and performed when functional, the poor wiring and overall hassle make me feel like it wasn’t really worth the money. I wish it was built to last longer, given its initial potential.
