Lovely fountain pen
My dad loved this gift! He said it is the perfect thickness and just the right weight, not too light or heavy. He loves the quality of it and said it’s very smooth when writing which he said is down to it having a gold nib. He loved the colour of the pen, I got him the black and gold, he said it looks very stylish. It was the perfect gift and great value for money, being £20 in the sale just before Christmas!

Attractive Looking Fountain Pen
Bought as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately the cartridges were all dried up. I had a bottle of ink and the pen was okay, as far as the written word goes. Personally I prefer a lightweight pen, but my friend was happy with this heavier one.

I love this pen. I have been using fountain pens since the 1970’s. I prefer my pens to be metal bodied with fine nibs, and this pen ticks those boxes. Some people prefer medium or broad nibs with a strong ink flow that slide across the paper (like a luxury car with soft suspension), but I prefer a fine controlled ink flow with a nib that provides feedback without being scratchy (like a sports car with firm suspension). This pen performs like that. The ink flow is fine and consistent, and I can feel it moving across the surface as I write. The body is nicely finished, and the cap snaps off and on with a satisfying click. It is also very nicely packaged with a nice box and an ink converter pre-installed. For the price this is a very nice writing tool that is elegant and beautiful.
