Best supplements for my 11 year old daughter
my daughter takes this(1 in am with food) and 2 neurolink (on empty stomach b4 bed). This formula has really helped her. It took some time to figure it out, but she has been taking it this way for 5 moths and is doing so well. She actually reminds me before bed to take the neurolink bc she gets so moody when she doesn’t. She is 11, with ADD, we have not used Rx drugs(bc I took them as a kid and my mom hated the effects on me)...she then tried everything other than those drugs to help me. My daughter understands that she is intelligent and has to work hard like everyone else. These supplements help her to get to her goals! She has major goals! I love her spirit! If you are looking for a supplement try Dr Amen, read his books too(great cookbooks), they are not magic pills tho...my daughter has been on for 5 or 6 months!

I was pretty convinced by Dr. Amen's book to get is supplements, so I got this one. I'm not sure if it is working.

Not the best for ADHD
Advertised to be helpful with symptoms of ADHD. It didnt help anymore than any of the others tried and was more expensive

Memory seems a bit better
I read Dr.Amen's books and now I have tried this supplement for about a month and my memory seems slightly better...I will continue to give it about two more months and try to update.
