The iSpray front end nozzle provides a superior finish to your painting or staining project and has a variety of features to make the process quicker and easier. Includes only iSpray nozzle assembly. Sprayer and turbine sold separately. The nozzle features a unique numbered dial to adjust your paint flow, an adjustment lever to change from a wide or narrow spray pattern, and the air cap can also be turned horizontal or vertical. These adjustable settings provide you with the perfect spray pattern every time. Plus, having only three removable parts means you can have your sprayer clean in just five minutes. This front end is ideal for spraying broad surfaces like walls, ceilings, decks and more. The 1.5 quart container allows for spraying a 10 foot by 12 foot wall in one fill. Review: Great improvement over original front end nozzle - Bought the complete Wagner sprayer many years ago. It was not easy to set up for a consistent and uniform spray pattern. Wagner did a good job with the design update. Also appreciate the reasonable price for just the nozzle. The turbine is petty rugged as is, though the intake air filters need to cleaned or replaced routinely. I now realize the small air hole going into the paint canister needs to be clog free for proper operation. This nozzle is a great improvement. Easier to set up, use and then clean. I recommend cleaning it with Murphy's Oil Soap...makes it a lot easier and it is very effective... also no fumes compared to paint thinner or acetone. The only really small issue is that I had to make sure the yellow trigger mechanism was properly aligned to the turbine trigger prior to spraying. I highly recommend it especially if you already have the turbine.

**Q: I’ve never used a sprayer before? I’ve read reviews that this is not the whole sprayer?? I’m confused what else do I need?**
A: You need one of these units in order to use this: Wagner Flexio 570, 590, 690, 890. Paint READY Sprayer, Control Spray Sprayers.

**Q: Can anyone direct me to a comparison video of this sprayer head vs the stock sprayer head?  Trying to see the difference in spray pattern**
A: I believe you're asking about the iSpray front end nozzle as compared to this one, the Detail Finish nozzle. The iSpray is 2.5mm the detail is 1.8mm so you get finer atomization right away. Thinner materials work best with the Detail front end, latex would require 10% or more thinning for proper spraying and atomization. In general use the iSpray on your fence, deck or wall, and the Detail on your trim, cabinets or woodwork. For more help call us at 800-328-8251.

**Q: How long is the cord and can you paint a ceiling with this sprayer?**
A: This does not have a cord, it is meant to be used with a power (air) source. This is a replacement sprayer for either the Flexio 890 or Flexio 590.

**Q: will this smal sprayer work with the Paint Ready sprayer?**
A: Yes.  I just used it with CabinetCoat and it worked like a charm!

Now this deal is a steal, not sure if you are familiar with Wagner painting product, but they are top tier in the painting world. the downside is they don't sell replacement parts. So, thank God for Amazon!! Wagner Spraytech 0520006 iSpray Front End Nozzle is exactly what i needed to get my machine back up and going, the storage tote is a high-quality hardened abs plastic, so it ensures that (they built it for the long hall). Dual spraying angle allows for maximum coverage in hard areas with tip flow control, so it doesn't allow buildup on the end, and the spray flow control dial makes it optical for painting big areas with little paint, o and you can use for multi materials, such as wood stains, paint strippers, varnish removers, even thick rubber coating sealants for roof or foundations, overall as a independent starting out its the best bang for your buck hands down. 1000% recommend!!!
