Best MCT oil I've tried so now I only get this one. I use it to supplement my keto diet - stir a tsp into my morning coffee to give me a kick to start the day and that's all I need as I've been keto for many years now. If I ever get out of ketosis (like a holiday or hospital stay where I can't eat keto for a week or two) I use this 3x a day to boost ketones while I get back on track and I don't get many of the 'keto flu' symptoms like you would if you had to start keto again from scratch without this. I also use green tea x a day when I need a ketone boost and that helps too. Staying hydrated is also important. But yeah, 100% love this - great size, lasts ages, great quality, zero taste or smell, if you're starting out you might get a few stomach cramps the first few days but that will likely pass away quickly, I had no side effects at all tbh, brilliant value for money!

So my review is completely objective and one from my own experience of taking this oil every day for 6 months. My review and personal experience!!!! I cant rate this highly enough as a customer. I originally bought this to take on a whim for the short term whilst iam on the keto diet and to get into ketosis. This product is by far the best supplementation I have used yet to this day. I eat a keto/carnivore diet and had tried mct oil once before and it had destroyed my stomach. I also can not handle much butter or other oils so I was a little apprehensive. I started off as suggested with 1tsp on the first day. Within half hour max I was absolutely buzzing with energy and felt more alert and alive than I had in a long long time. Coincidentally I had a lot of work on during this week and could not gwt my meals in ubtil the evening. Well NO PROBLEM with this MCT oil around! I was literally more energetic and productive than all the normies eating their neals and snacks every 3 hrs to keep themselves going. The reason I say bet supplementation I have ever used is first of all based on the almost instant sensation of that amazing feeling of energy and awakeness but I should also add, taste is a very mild coconut oil taste, super easy to take(I literally chuck a tsp full in my mouth and continue with my water or coffee), and of course the fact that it has given me no stomach issues what so ever. In fact.. may not be related but just before I started taking this I DID have some loose bowel issues but since the day I have taken this I have not had anymore loose bowels; however this may not he credited to the MCT oil ( I suspected my tummy was disagreeing with ghee so I'd stoped taking that around the same time). Product seems ok, no side effects so far. Just that I paid extra for a glass bottle but received a plastic one. Will give a proper product review on future orders, I’ll see how this one goes.

Clear, taste and odour free, this is ideal if you are looking to add MCT to your daily diet.

This is a tricky one, the MCT oil is great, but when you pay more for the organic oil in a glass bottle (compared with the plastic bottle), it leaks terribly when pouring. I buy glass where possible, but now I'm losing so much of the oil down the side, that it's ridiculous. The plastic bottle pours alright, with minimal leakage, but I'm losing much of the expensive oil from the expensive bottle.

Cependant je suis un gras fan du café gras du matin et c'est parfait avec cette huile !! 🟢 Pure C8, donc ultra efficace pour un max de cétones en un rien de temps. 🟢 Bouteille en verre : chic et plus écolo que le plastique. 🟢 Format pratique pour les fans de café keto ou ceux qui veulent un coup de fouet rapide. 🟢 Facile à digérer, pas de surprise au niveau de l’estomac (si on en abuse pas !). 🟢 Idéale pour maintenir l’énergie sans passer par la case sucre. 🔴 Un peu cher comparé aux autres huiles MCT, mais la qualité est là. 🔴 Attention à ne pas en abuser dès le début : effet laxatif si ton corps n’est pas habitué ! 🔴 Pas de doseur fourni, il faut doser à l’œil. Au final, si tu cherches un boost d’énergie sans les montagnes russes de la caféine ou du sucre, cette huile MCT Pure C8 fait le job à merveille. À tester dans le café ou le smoothie pour voir la différence !

A great mct oil that doesn’t upset the stomach too much. I’ve got a sensitive stomach but this one has worked well for me. Using it in my bulletproof coffee everyday and it’s great pure oil from a great company. Very helpful for keto diet and for fat adaption

I accidentally ordered a plastic bottle. So I contacted the seller to return it and order a glass bottle edition. They were so kind, they reacted fast and just sent me a glass edition product without any problems.
