Package for this product came undamaged, and it was very easy to set up due to how clear the instructions are. I didn’t get confused once reading them. The flame is not as realistic as I would like but it does heat up my room extremely well. The flame and LED lights do put a nice comforting vibe in the room. The heater and door are good quality and function as intended. The size is exactly as described and it is nice and heavy due to the high quality of the product.

Took me 6 months to find the one I wanted and this is a six month after having review I think. Its very nice easier t o setup than most and looks very modern for my black and gray themed living room

Beautiful! Much nicer than I thought it’d be. Took me probably a couple of hours to put together just by myself. Instructions were pretty straightforward for the most part. Adhesive on the light strips is very strong. I was surprised by that since Govee light strips adhesive is so horrible. The light strips that come with this aren’t Govee. They’re very bright and artificial flames are bright as well. Heat works well too. Highly recommended!

I was kind of skeptical of this TV stand due to the low price and knowing that it shipped in separate boxes. As I was unboxing the pieces I was in awe of the quality of the each piece. The wood pieces are of solid wood, or at least put together to mimic solid wood. The directions are pretty straightforward. The fireplace is well made and is nice to look at. It comes with glass rocks to put at the bottom of the fireplace. I put it together by myself up until it was time to attach the doors. The only negative things I have to say is that 1. getting the doors to align correctly is a task. That part needs some improvements. 2. One door does has minor, but noticeable packing or shipping defects. I reached out to the seller to see if I can get a replacement door. Hopefully I will be able to. 3. The LEDs on top should be fed through pre drilled holes to be connected to the fireplace. I recommend this TV stand, because you can't beat what you get for the price. Update 8-23-2024: The seller sent me another door to replace the door with the minor defect in it. Changed review from 4 to 5 stars!

Looks great, 85” fits nicely. Puts out nice heat. Not super heavy so it’s easy to move. Has lots of different light options that many can enjoy.

This console is perfect for my living room. The quality is great. The fireplace provides warmth and LED light works awesome. It has multiple color options and the price is totally worth it. On top of that, I love the customer service. They were super fast to respond. We previously received the console with dents on few parts and missing two parts. We contacted immediately and they sent a new console. Definitely worth it.

I ordered this T.v console, looks beautiful when you turn it on. It arrived on time as given however, I was not able to open this box for sometime but when I did, I found a little damage. I reached out to customer service and they reached right back and were so polite even though the timeframe was over 180 days, I was not able to do the return, however they have worked with me and we found a solution where I am promised a new TV council. I am so appreciative for them to work with me and help me out on this, I will definitely recommend them. This product is as shown in the picture. Nothing else is wrong with it. Definitely recommend.

Dude this was extremely easy to assemble. I did actually have my brother with me which obviously having two people makes manipulating large parts a lot easier, but honestly I think I could have done this exactly as fast with just myself. Very clear and easy to understand instructions. I had read another review that said that you should stop on step 17 and then go ahead and worry about your wiring and the LED lights and putting the actual fireplace in before moving on to the next steps, I did that, but then when I moved on to you know like the normal instructions there was only like three more steps and in my opinion it made no difference lol. I looked at the finished product and I was like why on earth would they have had so much trouble with the wiring? It's so simple. If I had a recommendation though, it would be maybe stick your LED lights on the top shelf portion like before anything. Literally before any assembly, because it's really you're only chance to drill in those LED strip holder brackets, but those are completely optional anyways. If the adhesive ever wears off (which I mean you know that stuff always will) it's going to cost you what? A dollar? $2?? To use some two-sided tape and restick it back on a couple years from now. If you did want to use the brackets but you fully assembled it you're just going to have to get really creative about your angle, cuz obviously no drill, or even small screwdriver is going to fit in the space of the shelf to get that in there. I just basically had to drill my screws in it like a 45° angle but again it's like in a space no one's ever going to see anyways so I didn't care. With all that said, you can just follow the instructions you don't need to listen to any of our "advice". Just lay all your parts out nice and organized you don't lose any small bits or anything, but this should take you less than an hour really. It looks really good too! Here's a picture in the dark.

Hello my fireplace LCD screen isn't working. The fire is like not moving can I know why is this like this?? I need a answer or replacement for the screen

I have nothing bad to say about this product. It came in two pieces approximately 3 & 4 days after purchase. The furnace unit arrived first, then the TV stand came the next day. Clear instructions and detailed pictures made the install easy to follow. Just some advice, apply the light strips first before installing the final top piece. It supports my 85” TV unit with ease (photos).

Love it!!! Fire place is amazing, looks great. Use wood glue for the wood pins when building will make it very strong. Make sure you know what style of tables and furniture you want. Measure the tv and room to make sure it fits. Not to wide of a stand to take up a ton of space. Fire place is awesome. I only use it for lights by so far, not heat.
