Good product
I’ve been using this Ayurvedic medicine for my blood sugar, and it’s been helpful. My sugar levels are more stable now. It works slowly, but naturally, with no side effects. I feel more energetic too. Good for long-term use if you take it regularly.

Not benifits waste product
I feel that this medicine is not effective. From September 2024 to October 2025, I have been using it regularly—almost 30 bottles—along with Metformin and Glimepiride. Unfortunately, I did not see any benefit. Last week, I stopped those medicines and continued only with Mehatone, but my fasting sugar level is still 445, and Hba1c is 11.1 I feel I have lost my money, trust, and valuable time. Based on my experience, I can say that Mehatone is an absolutely ineffective medicine. It seems people are being misled, and this is truly very disappointing and sad.
