Good and reasonable price
I used 2 months so far. It seems much better than my previous one. OB just last for a year and it was mould on it. At least it is not happen yet. 🤞🏻

Capacity of water container is small.
Good product, cleans thoroughly. The water container is small and hence one needs to refill many times to have a proper floss.

Works well
Never used one before and it takes time to get used to! Use over a large sink is my advice it can catch you unaware and may spray you! Does require a daily charge but good for cleaning if you have implants.

Excellent, does the job and is lighter and neater than the previous model
I had the previous model and was very happy with it, but it was showing signs of wear and tear. This newer design has a great look and doesn’t take up much space in the bathroom. The pump strength is very good and with a variety of settings does the job very well. There are more expensive versions with extra attachments and other benefits but this model is all you need if you just want a water flosser.

Not working
I purchased this item on 15 June 2025. It is already not working and is unusable - would not recommend it.
