Q: Why is this classified as "hazardous material"???!

It's just an amazon classification for shipping because it is a perm.

Q: I just had a perm a few days ago and I’m so unsatisfied would it hurt my hair if I permit again with this product so soon?

This perm is perfect for damaged hair; however I would not recommend any perm to be given to someone that just had one. Your hair needs to be conditioned & rested for a couple weeks before giving yourself another one.

Q: Do you have to usr hair dryer with this perm

Have not used mine as yet but I never use a hair dryer when I do a home perm
