Received item (iDOO Period Heating Pad) was a used, defective product with dirty black stains over it. Moreover, it did not look anything like the display picture on the listing, was different style, poor quality and brand. Bought from BETHAKJI CREATION™

Awesome product! My gf has severe cramps and I constantly have sore lower backs. We both loved it! The heater is pretty good, the setting on level 2 becomes uncomfortably hot, very efficient tho.
