How much should I use on. 3 gallon pot

Standard 3 gallon pot is11 inches which is 0.7 sq ft. 100sq foot divided by 0.7 is 143 units there are 144 x 1/3 teaspoons in a cup. I would dissolve a little over 1/4 teas in a cup of water to fertilize and repeat per package directions.

By soil test, my lawn is poor in phosphorous, I have 800 sq feet and one 5 pound of this bag, How I should spread?

The directions specify 1 cup for each 100 square feet or in simple terms, 1 cup for each 10 foot by 10 foot section of lawn. 800 square feet of lawn will have 8 separate 10 foot by 10 foot sections. Each section gets 1 cup spread across the area every 6 weeks and watered into the soil.

Will this help my patchy st Augustine lawn that does it want to spread

We use to thicken up our lawn 2x/yr in St Petersburg Fl. We hv purchased more than once and our proud of the results. St Augustine grass needs dethatching,aeration and removal of all dead grass as needed less often when nourished

I bought this last summer as the tree in my front yard here in Las Vegas was getting stressed out from the heat, and I was afraid it was gonna die. I started adding this into the water and pouring it around the tree. The tree made it and this year has started blooming early and is very green and looks very happy with the residual that was left from last year in the soil.

It is effective. I do have to make sure not to use much, especially when adding other more balanced fertilizers as it is very strong in comparison to the others, but it does help flower and fruit production.
