Great product always test and make sure you are comfortable with how the product works
Great accessory I only need to use it for short trips like taking my son to a large parking lot for him to get in some practice time however after trying it out on the 250 Honda I felt comfortable putting my 1100 Virago on it to take it to Coyote for a checkup hopefully you can see in the photograph that I didn't feel comfortable with how much the bike green so I put two extra straps from corner of bumper to corner of bumper this kept the bikes from leaning over and I can't tell you how great and easy it was I am planning on buying another one so that I can give it to my son when he gets his license and takes the Virago 1100 for his own

DO NOT BUY, poor design, very dangerous
Very poor design! The friction induced by mounting the bike makes it impossible to lift or lower as designed. Lifting and lowering gouges the advertised "powder coat to prevent rust". There's no obvious purpose to the free-moving cradle that the wheel sits on. The bolts used to assemble get in the way of the wheel being able to properly seat. There are no safety instructions on how to use the ratchet straps or where to connect them. Otherwise the bike tips over under its own weight and bends the rim! This is an obvious chinese money grab; yet another poorly made clone. I wish amazon would stop selling enormous amounts of chinese products that are not vetted and are down right dangerous. This manufacturer is going to get people killed. - OH AND YOU HAVE TO PAY YOUR OWN RETURN SHIPPING

Motorcycle tow hitch
Looks like it’ll work fine slow driving and short distance. I haven’t used it yet.

Not a whole lot of support
Mounts up great, things to now is, the straps that come with it are not the best and also it lacks a lot of side to side movement support so it’s easy to have to bike top to the side. I did haul a bike across the country and it held up okay.

Good fit
Fit my Harley sportster hugger with no problem.

Great solution to sticky problem
I bought this to haul my trike behind my travel trailer. Some states do not allow double trailers to be towed in them. TECHNICALLY this is not considered a trailer with there being no flexible joint at the connection point. I have used this for about 5,000 miles so far. The straps that came with the carrier are long enough to wrap around the carrier and front wheel and tie it down fairly securely. I added a regular ratchet strap to the safety chain loops just as an added security measure.

Only fits 4 7/8 tire not 5 7/8 as stated in listing. Numerous other issues.
There are a number of problems with this product that make it essentially unusable. I don’t think I’ve ever given a product a lower score but I really wanted this thing to work and put quite a bit of effort into it. This has been the most disappointed I have ever been by anything I’ve purchased from Amazon. The documentation was a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy of a hand-corrected photocopy. It was almost impossible to read and one is left to essentially figure out how some parts go together. The images on the amazon listing actually gave more guidance. There are 5 points where the bolts have to allow for parts have to either bend or slide. Normally when you need this kind of movement you use bolts that are only partially threaded. These bolts are fully threaded which means the only way for them to work is to leave the nuts loose. Not something I would be comfortable with when it comes to towing a vehicle. Still, I really wanted this to work so I went to the local hardware store and purchased proper hardware, but….. They never removed the burs from cutting the metal. The vertical shaft has a sleeve that slides up and down to lower and raise the cradle. My teeth experience significant discomfort as there was a screech of trying to get these two parts to move. But, I really wanted this to work so I got out the mini-grinder and smoothed out all the burs, buuuuut…. Finally assembled and working I installed it into my receiver and drove the bike on the cradle. The product description rates this device for a maximum front tire width of 5 7/8 inches. The actual opening is less than 5 inches. My bike has a 130/90-16 front tire so there’s no way it’s going to sit all the way in the vertical cradle. Without the wheel fully engaged in that cradle there’s no way to make it stable enough to let go of, let alone drive around with. I will be returning this item. I’ll update the post with how that goes.

Good deal
I was very impressed. Many friends had their doubts but it did the job it was bought for.

Not a practical thing

This is a great practical product for anyone that does not have a pick up or trailer and needs to move or recover their motorbike. Straightforward to use. I tethered the steering on recovery points on the bumper much further apart then suggested which makes it more stable. Just take it easy.
