EDIT: after some tweaking, I made a fan curve where they never go above 50% speed, it's fine, but again low-noise isn't the main selling point. +1 star after this edit. Cool? yes. Low-noise? not at all Highly misleading item description, at a standard fan curve they sound like a jet engine taking off, on a "silent" curve they sound they make as they ramp up at a slight temperature rise is too jarring. These are about twice as loud as my stock cooler master fans that came with my case, I was hoping for an even lower-noise alternative and this definitely isn't it. However if you are looking for pure performance without a care for noise, then these will do a good job, got around 15C cooler GPU temps and 5C lower CPU temps on a cooler master nr200 case.

Really good! It cools my GPU like crazy! it went from 70°down to 60° maximum! But it makes a little sound and the rpm was going up and down but I don't care about sound I care about performance.
