I needed something for road trips and visiting family and taking my medication that needs to remain cold. Kept the medication for almost 24 hours.

I put my injectable insulin pen inside and it’s cold upon arrival at the hotel at the end of the day. I leave it in the hotel fridge and it makes it back home without issue. Easy to use and unobtrusive looking. Fits easily in my roll-aboard. TSA wants to look at it every 3rd or 4th trip, but they immediately know what it is and no problems from there.
