Smaller than most of Sony‘a action figures, but I love the detail and the dynamic design that allows different poses for the figure. It’s an awesome gift for those who are. Fan of the series. Price is cheap too, almost like I underpaid for it despite the size of the figure. A great collectors item

I honestly can’t believe how detailed this Aloy figure is. I’m absolutely blown away by the quality. When a game means a lot to you, having a collectible like this just feels really special. The packaging is great, and I love the different face options and the bow that are included. The attention to detail is impressive, and everything about it feels well made. I actually bought this for my 9-year-old, who has been playing Horizon since he was about 7. He’s played through it multiple times and recently picked up the remastered version, so this was extra exciting for him. This figure was a huge hit and looks amazing on display. Next on my list are Ellie and Joel from The Last of Us, another game that’s close to my heart.

This is a great companion figure to the Spin Master Aloy action figure, also from the Horizon: Forbidden West video game. While not quite as articulated and detailed as the Aloy figure (and with far fewer extras -- why didn't Varl get a bow?!? He has a quiver with arrows!) this is still an amazing action figure. Varl is highly pose-able and the plastics that make up his clothes are very flexible and don't hinder anything. I don't collect action figures by any means but I do have a couple of my favorite video game characters. The only other brand I can compare this one to is MacFarlane Toys - I have their Borderlands Lilith action figure. Lilith is less vibrant, and made of a far less forgiving/flexible plastic than Varl. Plus I can actually get Varl's hands to HOLD things! Varl comes with two sets of hands - it takes very strong pulling to pop them out from his arms and some really firm pushing to get them in but the plastic seems to be VERY durable where this is concerned - plus Varl's hands are not falling out any time soon. This figure also only comes with the one axe weapon (does anyone remember him using this in the games?) which looks cool. The sword at his hip is not removeable. Varl comes with the same pin sticking out of his back that Aloy has so you can hang weapons there with the same magic as the video games. :) I'm glad I have this figure as a companion to my Aloy action figure (which is even better) and hope they come out with more (Kotallo anyone? He'd be such a bad-ass action figure - and they could give him a removable prosthetic arm. I'd also like an Erend and another female, maybe Zo or Seyka).

9 year old loved this! Came just as the character in his favorite game. All in great shape.

This product is a good one. However my personal experience isn’t very good so far but I can’t blame the manufacturer. Joel’s leg snapped off while I was initially unboxing the figures. Idk how I would’ve heated him up while he was still in the packaging but I guess I should’ve. The articulation is great and the engineering and paint apps are clean. Ellie’s joints feel a little fragile but she’s a small figure. Her right knee is rather stiff on the upper portion of the joint so make sure you hit it with heat and get it moving before losing her. The more I move Joel’s around the more mad I am his leg snapped off. It’s a great figure, and it’s not the manufacturers fault it broke. Be careful if you live in colder climates, let the figure sit and get to room temperature at least before opening. I messed up and opened it right when it arrived and it was still cold when I tried pulling out. I’d return it, but Amazon would want me to send the whole set back but I don’t want to have to wait for it all over again and Joel’s leg is the only thing wrong with mine. If anyone knows where I can get a replacement Joel lemme know

As a Last of Us superfan, this figure set is everything I hoped it would be. Joel and Ellie look incredible in person — the detail on the sculpts is spot on, from Joel’s rugged stance to Ellie’s expressive face and posture. The paint application is clean, the clothing textures look game-accurate, and even the accessories (like Ellie’s backpack and Joel’s rifle) feel thoughtfully crafted. They stand up well on display without needing a base, and they definitely spark conversation. This isn’t just another merch drop — it’s a piece of TLOU history. If you’re a fan of the franchise, whether it’s the game or the HBO series, these figures are a must for your shelf. Endure and survive, baby.

A great figure , highly detailed sculpt and very good value for the cost!

I ordered two more after getting the first one these are AMAZING! Yet Fragile. The pieces are replaceable if necessary. Great for collecting and potential photos.

Una muy buena opcion si no tienes el de neca pero si tienes el otro este se siente un poco falto de detalles y tamaño eso si este le gana por mucho en la articulacion aun asi es para todo seguidor del poderoso kratos.

I wasn't familiar with the character so I neglected to buy this at first, for the price I couldn't help it , what an amazing figure , hair articulation , bow string works , great details , the second I opened this I was glad I got one , get one now!!!!
