It works!
I have osteoarthritis in my hands. This combination works great for me. It started to work several weeks in. This supplement along with some OT exercises and I’m able to get back to weight training again.

Md says no.
Well, I tried the powder & that did not work for me. I had already ordered the vegan capsules when my Md called & said she did not think this was a good idea. So I can't return will just have to find someone who would like to try them. Hope if you are going to try these you have good luck.
