Reading previous reviews, one said short BBE date. As you can see absolutely not a case here! Bought the berry & citrus on sale with massive 37% off!!. I have been using other products for a few years now, one promoting higher sodium intake & the other uses orange & black colour scheme on most of their products. Having looked into the main ingredients of sports drinks I've come to the conclusion that all are pretty much the same then tweaked with sodium and many different sweeteners, some good, some not so good. Anyway I digress! I also noticed High Five use sea salt, much more preferable. If I want to up the sodium I intend adding a measured amount of Celtic sea salt. I used High Five many years ago and have come full circle. Always found there stuff agreed with my digestive system. Give High Five a try and save yourself a fortune, sports nutrition doesn't have to be expensive.

This stuff is fantastic, tastes great, mixes well and gives you sustained energy on long rides. I love it!

Arrived promptly, obviously well packaged. Not 100% sure if it does improve or help performance but it is very refreshing to drink. I think it does help me a little, both in performance and recovery and I will continue to use it because as I say, it is very refreshing if nothing else. Only takes a few minutes to make but I do wish that the measuring spoon was made for left handers, lol.

Been using H5 for years. Can't beat it in my opinion. Good price and long best before date. Recommended

Better value than buying the tablets. Nice flavour - citrus. Mixes well never had any clumps. I use a 1l bottle so use 2.5 scoops and that gives the right flavour. My workouts have improved and going into summer I hope this will keep me going in the humidity. Definitely repeat buy. Value for the price and seems the cheapest around on amazon compared to the same product at other online shops.

Seems to help in fuelling me through long 100k+ road bike rides nicely. Easy to mix up in my water bottles and tastes good too. The only thing that could be improved is the scoop is a little wide for my wide necked Elite bottles. I always end up spilling some powder when trying to fill them. It would also be nice to see less plastic used in the bottle and scoop, or at least make them biodegradable.

Not exactly new stock...made nearly 2 years ago! I appreciate it's actually ok to use as BBE is 5 months away...but...not great is it

Been using for years and years. On the heavily discounted price I bought it at, it works out half the price of the cheapest gels. I'm not suggesting that this is a replacement in all circumstances, but it definitely does the job. It mixes reasonably well so long as you give it a good old shake. Flavours are okay and it's easy on the stomach.

It's a decent mix, a bit of a artificial aftertaste. The instructed mixing ratio is waaaay off. It recommends 2 scoops per 500ml. It doesn't mix in and dissolve, leaving a pasty goo at the bottom of your bottle. It seems to be half that, one scoop per 500ml. It kept me well enough fueled on a recent century ride, didn't get sick of the taste or have any issues after many hours in the saddle. (I also had a couple meals and other snacks.) Side note: I didn't realize the seller was international (I'm in the US, maybe that's my fault), but they shipped via UPS, which assessed a brokerage fee to me, undeclared by the seller. Be forewarned!

Scoop not included. Everything else is OK. Update: Somebody mentioned that provided dosing spoon is buried at the bottom of the 2.2 kg container, so I dig inside till I found it. Be careful while digging because it cause fine dust raising from container. So, scoop is included but buried inside. Taste is OK. I'm returning one star back. *****

Ich verwende dieses Produkt bei längeren Ausfahrt mit dem Rennrad. Zwei Löffel pro Trinkflasche stellen die Versorgung mit ausreichend Kohlehydraten sicher. Ich vertrage das Produkt sehr gut und bekomme davon keinerlei Magen- oder Darmprobleme.

Schmeckt super, löst sich gut auf und ist absolut verträglich. Ich verwende davon in der Regel 1l auf langen Läufen und nehme zusätzlich Gels unterschiedlicher Hersteller ein. Bisher nie Probleme gehabt.
