Yes, it’s high on sugar, but for me I use it as a supplement for protein as I stick to a vegan diet. I also do running so the carbohydrates from the sugar is fine for me. Would recommend to anyone. I mix with half oat milk half water and shake well, served with ice. Tastes like chocolate milk!
