The product is great and meets my needs. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely a hygiene saver for wear during a coughing fit virus *by R***. on April 10, 2026* I have been using these constantly for the past week -- being a middle-aged woman, I normally have occasional bladder leakage issues, but since I have this virus that causes constant coughing fits, that minor leakage has become a constant companion. These pads are wonderful not just for overnight, but for daytime use as well. They are highly absorbent and will carry me through up to four hours of coughing (leaking) fits without leakage or odor. I have never had one oversaturate to the point of leakage, even when I wasn't able to change it regularly. The fit is a little bulky because they are intended to provide full coverage: they are wider from side to side than most pads and may extend beyond the edges of normal underwear gussets. I find that as long as they are changed when partially saturated during the day, I tend to forget that they are being worn. The surface is soft and pulls dampness away very effectively. These are absolutely worth buying the name brand -- generic ones simply aren't as comfortable. Highly recommended.
