One Star - Double the Trouble, Zero Fun
Absolutely terrible experience with this spinning top. When the first one arrived, I was immediately disappointed: the lights and music were completely non-functional. It was a dud right out of the box. I promptly requested a replacement, hoping the second time would be the charm, but no such luck. The replacement I received today is broken as well! The handle is clearly defective and won't launch the top properly. It's one thing to receive one faulty item, but to send a second item that's also damaged shows a total lack of quality control. I've wasted my time with two separate deliveries and have zero working toys to show for it. Save yourself the frustration and buy a different top. I would give zero stars if I could.
