Great for negative-switched LEDs
I bought this after realizing that Morimoto Xchange Drivers work with positive-switched LEDs (even though the installation manual on their website states that they are negative-switched, which they aren’t on either end). Negative-switched LEDs are very common in the automotive world and this driver does exactly what I needed it to. The only “downside” is that you only receive one driver, so you have to buy two of them.

Wires switch polarity on the output side
What kind of backwards wiring does this thing have...

Work perfectly
These work exactly as advertised. I was hoping they are solid state and not based on mechanical relays. They are definitely solid state and do not contain relays inside the black box. The reason they have common positive on the output side is this is how solid state switches (transistors, mosfets, etc.) work: The positive input signal switches current on the negative side. Sure they could add more electronic components inside the black box to reverse this back to normal, but didn't. They do work as advertised.

Funky wiring
This would have been a good switchback. The problem is that the output for the turn-signal uses the negative line instead of positive (that the majority of devices use). In short, I couldn't use it. Just a note, I was installing a dual color light that only had three wires. If it had four then this switchback could have worked for me.

This works exactly as expected.
It would have been cool if the output was common ground. Otherwise it works great. I will buy more. I also noted that if you are adding extra marker lights, and you want them to stay on, yet blink in sync with your turn signals, you can tie both the blue and yellow lead to the same lamp. It works as expected. I ordered more for my other vehicle.

Get the Morimoto Switchback driver
These will only work with a limited amount of switchback lighting due to the ground wiring of its design. The Morimoto Switchback Driver is what you're after., I returned this model for refund.
