Die kleinen Gel-Drops sind leicht zu dosieren und geben einen schnellen Energieschub, den ich auf längeren Strecken zu schätzen gelernt habe. Geschmacklich sind sie angenehm, und die Verträglichkeit war während dieser längeren, moderaten Läufe ebenfalls gut. Vorteil ist auch, dass man im Gegensatz zu Gels nicht unbedingt danach etwas trinken muss.Allerdings habe ich bei schnelleren Läufen, insbesondere in meiner Marathon-Pace, gemerkt, dass ich doch empfindlicher auf die Shots reagierte.
