As other reviewers have pointed out, the listing is deceptive when it says that this product is made in the USA, since it is, in fact, made in China. Nonetheless, it works well with my AirSense 10 AutoSet. After putting one of these connectors into use, I bought an OEM ResMed connector. I had planned to switch to the ResMed unit and keep these off-brand connectors as backups, but after examining them both, decided to simply keep using this one. They're essentially identical. This is a rare example of not needing to pay the ResMed tax. I do recommend only installing them when the plastic is somewhat warm, and even warming the plastic up in your hand for a minute if necessary.

I have a resmed airsense 10 and lost the elbow while cleaning. It fits the cpap fine and the tube well. Good quick and cheap replacement

Hoses are expensive! Use of these means the hose doesn't rub against the wall as much and lasts longer. Maybe 4 months instead of 3. Over a year, that adds up.
