Why?** A: Usually not a defect. Check 1.Warm up 60s (<15Β°C: half choke). 2.Clean/replace fuel filter. 3.Clean/adjust carburetor. 4.Clean tank vent. 5.Tighten intake screws. **Q: My brand-new machine won't start. What should I check?** A: Check Correct starting procedure (new machines often flood). Fuel/oil ratio: 40:1. Never-used machine? Clear flooding and restart. Still won't start? Send a starting video + serial number photo. We'll arrange a replacement power unit. **Q: The blade spins, but it stops when touching branches or grass and cannot cut. What's wrong?** A: Check in this order 1.Blade loose or damaged – retighten or replace. 2.Blade tangled with debris – clean it thoroughly. 3.Cutting diameter exceeds the machine's rated capacity – check the manual and use a more powerful machine if needed. **Q: The engine won't hold idle after returning from high speed, or it stalls and won't restart until it cools down.** A: Try these: 1.Below 15Β°C: warm up 60 sec at mid-low speed. 2.Adjust carburetor idle (see video guide). 3.Clean the air filter. 4.Tighten the carburetor mounting screws. Still not working? Replace the carburetor. **Q: Some parts are damaged or missing upon arrival. What should I do?** A: 1.Within one year: send photos of damaged parts and your order number. We will send replacements. 2.Over one year: customer needs to purchase the missing or damaged parts. ## Frequently Bought Together - PROYAMA 42.7cc Gas Weed Wacker, 3 in 1 Weed Eater Gas Powered, Brush Cutter and Gas String Trimmer 2-Cycle Extreme Duty, 5 Year Warranty Gearbox, Grass Trimmer 2025 Upgraded… - FORESTER Brush Cutter Blades and File Set - Trimmer Chainsaw Tooth Saw Blade - for Trimming Trees, Cutting String, Underbrush, and More - 20 Tooth 9" Circular Brush Blade with 3/16" File - Dunhil Black Comfort Padded Belt Double Shoulder Strap, Trimmer Shoulder Strap for Trimmers Brushcutters Strimmer Harness, Garden Brush Cutter Lawn Mower Nylon Belt fit for Brush Cutter Trimmer Kit --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kr/products/643838352-proyama-42-7cc-gas-weed-wacker-3-in-1-heavy](https://www.desertcart.kr/products/643838352-proyama-42-7cc-gas-weed-wacker-3-in-1-heavy) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Korea* *Store origin: KR* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
