Excellent quality ladder. Sturdy and stable. Largerand comfortable width, very good grippy steps and handles, safe to climb singly and stand on the platform.Leg grips spcially with centre one and belt provided don't allow wobbling or shake. Light weight for adoults easy to carry and use.on folding small space only requred for stacking, two persons can stand one on the platform and the other on steps in between to assist. Size and strength is very good for house hold works like bulb, tube, fan chaninganscleaning, AC plant maintenace, filter cleaning etc. worth for the money spent.

Delivered Houza Ladder 3 days before the mentioned delivery date. The Ladder is so strong for the homely use. Ladder is 8 ft. tall which I can clean or paint the 10 ft. hight ceiling easily. In my opinion such a tall ladder is one of the very useful and essential item in each & every house especially in town areas.

Very good quality is good

Very bad quality. Does not give confidence when a 70 kg person stands on it. Earlier had 2 riveting on both side now only single riveting. When standing on it feels that step is about to break. In my opinion go for mizu ladder, its highly stable and sturdy compared to houza ladder. Go for mizu ladder, its worth every penny

Product is stable, well built and serves the purpose. For my weight of 90kg, I felt the steps, especially higher ones, to be little bit squeaky but yet nothing alarming. Overall structure might feel a bit shaky, but serves the purpose well. Most importantly it is feathery light, and I could easily carry with just one hand in horizontal and folded position. All in all a great buy. Highly recommended!!!
