Upgraded Surface Pro X with this to 1 TB and works great. Most of the heavy work was on the Microsoft side such as downloading the OS image and installing but physical replacement was easy and no issues recognizing the drive. So far no issues and speedy performance. This is the lowest cost of the fairly known brands available.

Fantastic drive and the speed is amazing! I purchased the drive to put in a mini SSD enclosure. Its design is compact (2230) and fits perfect for the mini enclosure. Installation took seconds to install in the Satechi M.2 NVMe enclosure. Supports various formats such as NTFS, exFAT and FAT32; I used exFAT format since it supports both Apple and Windows operating systems. I am using this 1 TB SSD as a thumb drive with massive storage and fast speeds. Overall, extremely happy with this purchase and would buy again.

Worked well as replacement for 256 GB drive on MS Surface Pro 11 Business Edition. Easy to install using torx screwdriver. Recommend adding a compatible heatsink, which you can find many of on Amazon. Micah

Fantastic value and great quality, this SSD single handedly improved my gaming experience on the steam deck by quite a bit. Load times on games like Tekken 7 and MK11 went from around 40 to 50 seconds to load a match to about 4 to 6. Some games aren't even playable without an SSD, and this is a quality budget friendly option that will greatly expand your gaming options.
