Q: Is there a similar model with a remote option? I have to use a ladder to change the temperature.

I don't know if they make one with remote. I don't understand why you have to change the temperature. There are two settings where one is for "cold" or AC, while the second one is for "hot" or heating season. The temperature setting is to set the point when the fan should run. Once it is set correctly, you should not have to change it ever. Technically, you only need to change the setting two times a year, switch to AC or Heat mode.

Q: Does the power cord only come in black? We want to use in a ceiling vent. Ceilings are white. Looking for a white cord option

There at least 2 easy options. Prior to mounting the fan unit paint the transformer and cord to the color you want, but remember to cover the spec decal and cord plug ins. Next thing you might do is just get the specs and order a new transformer with the specs but comes in black. Either way it should easily be under $10.00. Hope this helps.

Q: I have a 15” baseboard angled vent. Is there anyway to make this work with it or is there another product I can use? Thanks!

I added trim around the one I installed on a 16” vent. It is very quite and moves much more air then the original non-powered vent.

I assume that it will work in the ceiling, I installed at the top of the wall and it works perfectly
