Item was good only one screw out of two was not fitting well n so unstable, this product was to be replaced. Replaced order was not received, comment suggested was 'buyer rejected' is wrong. Please arrange to get this defective product from us ( buyer) n initiate refund. Urgent request. It was needed for senior with back pain but delivery man have wrong comment. Please note this

I have installed this toilet seat riser. After installing once I sat on it, it came out and I fall down. This product is dangerous for the people who have risk of fall. Now I am unable to return this product since return date is already passed. I bought the product and tried installing it after few days. That’s why return date is already passed.
