Having said that, this product truly is worth the money, 2 tiny scoops before bed every night in 4 ounces of water: it mixes VERY well, let it sit for 3 or 4 minutes without shaking and it is completely dissolved, a small aftertaste but largely tasteless.Now for what it does, I have a hard time sleeping and staying asleep and this product has been great and is totally worth the 10-15 bucks just in that alone, not to mention you get 55 servings for that small amount of cash. When I take GABA i fall asleep much faster most of the time within 15-20 minutes of laying down instead of 30-45 minutes. And I might wake up once during the night and roll over and fall fast back to sleep in moments instead of waking up multiple times taking several minutes to fall back to sleep each time. Taking too much also makes you feel groggy the next morning.Take the right amount and your mind wont race before bed, you'll knock out within 15-20 min of laying down. It helps me keep asleep with loud noises outside, all night.For those looking for HGH, this will help you get it by helping you get REM sleep. The pituitary gland releases HGH when your in a deep REM sleep.I did notice that for the first two months, this gave me a strange boost in mood and attitude.
