Failed within a year. I’m done jumping through hoops. Iceco clearly is trying but does not want to honor their warranty. I purchased a unit and it failed within a year, before it failed it was great, best appliance I owned. I bought iceco because I thought I could trust the brand and they offered a warranty. Now that my unit has failed, Iceco wants me to troubleshoot, inspect, and make repairs to the failed JP40, bad warranty process, I’m not an appliance repair technician. Also very slow with the replacement parts, shipping from China. Now I’ve been told that if I want a replacement JPL40 I need I’ll have to leave a “good” review on Amazon. Everyday that passes I feel less “good” things about this situation. I just a portal refrigerator that I can travel with that is reliable. We will see how unit 2 works.
