Diabetic Travel Case - TSA Approved, Glucose Monitor & Insulin Case for Test Strips, Blood Glucose Monitor (Black)

This is a very economical and well made general case for my supplies. It is designed to hold everything I need to test regardless of if at home or traveling. Easy to take with and very convenient. One minor item is that due to the shape of my meter, the elastic bands are not precise enough to hold it as I would like. Otherwise if you look at my photo, it shows how I have been using this case. Very functional in my opinion for the price!

The same case that comes with the True Metrix kit. I just needed a replacement case, my other one was old and not in great shape anymore. It's nice they sell replacement cases.

A bit tight since i have my lancets in a 3D printed case, otherwise i is big enough to fit everything. I have a True Metrix device and everything fits. The pen on the zipper I added myself.

My grandmother had the Onetouch Ultra 2 but it didn't include a pouch or carry case in the box like other monitors. This pouch is almost perfect. It has slots for alcoholic swabs/ wipes, lancets, test strips, and the lancing device. The only issue is the bands for the reader aren't really sufficient to hold the reader in place so the elastic bands kind of snap off. Otherwise, it's pretty good.

The only problem I have with the case is it will not hold my meter in the middle with 2 straps. I think 1 main strap in the middle would have worked better. I just lay it in the middle so it is still very usable

Good idea. Bad execution. Okay, so the materials are really cheap, but I didn’t expect any better for the price. The size is good but the positioning and size of the of the elastic straps is poor. I had difficulty getting the lancet in place, but I suspect the strap will stretch over time and become less of a problem. However storage of the glucose meter is a show stopper. It keeps squirting out of the straps and flying all over. I just can’t get it to stay in place. After, several instances of the meter squirting out and falling on hard tiles, I decided that it’s better to replace the case rather than replacing the meter. Returning this item as soon as I possibly can.

Be carefull it’s a scam, it makes you think you will get the full kit but you don’t. If semler was honest he would show photos without the diabetes instruments inside AND will make a clear name for product saying it’s only the case !
