I have hip arthritis and the Bob and Brad D5 Pro Massage Gun has been an important part of my therapy for several months. It provides me with effective deep tissue pain relief. The gun is easy to grip and I find that I can massage both the front and the back of my legs and hip easily. The D5 has adjustable speeds, is quiet to use around the house, and is very comfortable to hold. It comes in a very well designed case making it convenient to take along when I travel. In addition to using the D5 for arthitis pain relief, I am a cyclist and find the massage gun to be excellent for relaxing my muscles after a workout. Highly recommended!

I did do a lot of research on massages guns for my husband’s Christmas gift. It works well and has come it with us on our trips. It has always been loud, Although lately my husband made a comment about how it seems to be getting louder, like something came loose and rattling, so this may be an issue and we are only 3 month in. Keep you updated on the status with the noise.

Excellent massager. Bought a less expensive massager years ago which stopped charging. Saw this one and followed these guys for elbow rehab exercises during Covid . High quality, attachments perfect. Highly recommended

Superb, easy and quick Customer Service when I experienced a problem with the D5 massager. Direct human interaction and follow through. No off-shoring to countries where ya gotta struggle to understand their English, and no creepy AI trying to get to the root of the problem while wondering if the massager can be salvaged and become it's new girlfriend. None of that weird necromancy here. Just mofos fixing problems the way customer service was meant to be in America.... Oh, and btw... The massagers ain't bad, either. Way too many massager companies and not enough quality, strong motor ones. I've got three in my top tier, and Bob and Brad is def one of them.

I bought the D5 Pro Massage Gun about 8 months ago. Under normal use, the head broke off while I was applying pressure with the gun. I contacted Bob and Brad and within a week received a new replacement. They are certainly focused on customer satisfaction. I love this product and the company that makes it.
