This now lives under my work desk because I use it multiple times a day. I have size 11 mens feet and it feels like my feet just fit without feeling cramped. Maybe because my feet take up a lot of room but I never need to go past level 2 on the intensity. It is pretty powerful with the kneading. My feet get cold pretty easily so being able to use the four mode setting with high heat might be my favorite. It this mode there is no kneading but just pressure from air bags filling up. It goes through a nice routine of varying length of pressure holds while keeping my feet warm. There is nothing better than using this after being on your feet for a long time or when finishing run. Love that I can operate if solely by using a remote.

Put it on P1 and start at L1 and see how much up to L6 you can get. The shiatsu is deep and intense at that level. The one downfall is the heat is not hot enough and the compression could be better. But the shiatsu is fantastic

Absolute junk. More like a torture device rather than a massage machine. I have severe plantar fasciitis and I’d be better off to stick my feet in an alligator’s mouth than to use this piece of trash.

My feet are thanking me since I bought this thing! My plantar fasciitis feels like it's finally under control somehow! I can walk better, and my feet don't hurt as much anymore. I wished I had bought this thing years ago! When I first bought it though, I made the mistake of overusing it because I was too excited and anxious to feel better. So the first 2 or 3 days after buying it, I was using it like 3 or 4 times in the day and like 15-30 minutes each time. Big mistake. I actually made my feet too sensitive because of that and had to stop using it for a few days until that sensitivity went away. Then I began to use it once a day for 10-15 minutes on the soft setting, a bit of heat once or twice in the week, and voila! My feet are loving me!!! Also, I paired my daily routine with a Quinear compression leg massger that I bought the same day as this, and let me tell you...I am a whole new person!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, THIS THING❤️

Foot massager does not message center of foot. I would give it a 4 if it worked on the whole foot. Heating is okay but not great.

I started to get a foot spa, but came across this massager. So happy I did. All the advantages of a spa without having to haul water. Functions involve massage, vibration, compression and heat…all adjustable. It’s basically a plug and play device. The instructions are brief and straightforward. Best of all it is lightweight and easy to stow after use. It even has a little slot for the remote control. My feet feel wonderful and relaxed after my first session. This will be a part of my daily relaxation routine from now on.
