Works great. A lot of information captured and seems to be accurate when compared against an Apple Watch but at a much better value. What I like the most is that the information captured from the ring can be combined with data from an Amazfit watch and external chest strap to get a complete eco system for tracking your health both day and night at rest and during intense workouts with data from all three sources combined into the Zepp app and utilized together to give you a complete review of your health. I like the ring for my sleep and recovery estimates and the watch for daytime monitoring and capturing various workouts. Since I do a lot of HIIT workouts, I added a chest strap to capture the heart rate spikes better and love how all the data gets combined into one place and used together for more accurate exertion and recovery values. Not aware of any other product that can do this at so easily and economically.

I had this ring for about 5 weeks. I loved wearing it. It was comfortable and I really like the data I was getting from the app. The app is very good and easy to use. I really appreicate that I didn't have to subscribe to use their app. Unfortunately, the ring stopped functioning at 5 weeks. The unit would no longer charge and kept throwing an error. I tried to contact the manufacturer but I didn't receive a response. Luckily, Amazon agreed to take it back even though it was past the 30 day return window. As a PSA, Amazfit is not affiliated with Amazon. If you do encounter the need to warranty the product, you will need to work with the Amazfit company in China. I would love to try it again if Amazfit is able to correct their problems.

It provides me with objective data that empowers me to have better conversations with my doctor and to gain a deeper understanding of my own body and mind. This is an amazing smart ring though it does have a few minor downfalls. The sensors are extremely accurate and it collects a ton of data. At first I thought the "emotion detector" was going to be a nonsensical filler, but after being in a few stressful situations I received a notification asking if I was stressed during a certain time period. Each time it provided accurate feedback and then logged that information for later review. My personal favorite feature is the sleep sensor. As someone with sleep challenges at times it is really great to see how well I'm sleeping and what I can do to fix it. The heart rate, step counter and oxygen level monitors are phenomenal as well. Though one of the few downfalls of this ring is that if you want to track a workout you have to enable it through the Zepp app compared to similar smart rings that sense it automatically. It's not a deal breaker by any means but it can be a little annoying if you forget. The only other "complaint" I have is that the battery doesn't last as long as advertised if you have all the functions enabled. With everything enabled the battery lasts about 2 1/2 days, not bad but could be better. Not all the functions are necessary so if you don't enable the stress/emotion sensors and set the heartrate monitor to scan every 30 minutes instead of every 10 minutes I'm sure the battery will last longer. Now the main thing that convinced me to buy this ring instead of any other brands I was looking into was the fact that THERE IS NO SUBSCRIPTION!!! Normally Amazfit charges a subscription fee in the Zepp app for their other devices in order to access Zepp Aura Premium and Zepp Coach Premium. This ring gives you access to both services FOR FREE FOR LIFE!!! Zepp aura is a relaxation meditation service and Zepp Coach is an AI powered "personal trainer" of sort. I personally wouldn't pay for it if it wasn't included with the ring, but they're great add-ons. Overall for $170 this is an AMAZING smart ring if you don't want to fork over $400 plus a subscription every month for the competitors. As long as you're okay with a fairly average battery life and having to enable work out tracking yourself I think this is a pretty good option.

Let me save 13 hours or youtube video and review by saying that go for it. It's very accurate 10/10 sleep tracking 7/10 step tracking 9/10 hrv 7/10 battery: drains fast when all the features are on Also it has a mood tracker which is 9/10 times accurate and warns you about your mental health. Look out for size that's a gamble. If that fits you will get accurate readings. Note: This is a recovery ring not a fitness tracker. The sleep tracker is better than garmins but it doesn't have a good fitness tracking abilities for that you need to buy amazefit watch which combines both the data and give you accurate results.

Worth the trouble to get the size selection right.

I previously purchased cheap rings from a Chinese site, they seemed to work, but step count was very low and the app was pretty poor. I'd had Amazfit products previously and they were always well made and the Zepp app worked well. This ring works nicely, looks nice and is made very well. The Zepp app works well with it and integrates with Apple Health. Very happy with this purchase.
