I was initially hesitant to buy a fridge-freezer online, but Amazon's process was surprisingly smooth. While there were a few hiccups with delivery, the team was professional and resolved the issues promptly. The fridge-freezer itself has been fantastic. The large fridge compartment and average-sized freezer are perfect for a small family or someone with a big appetite/gym head like myself. It keeps food at a consistent temperature and has a rapid freeze function that's a great bonus. The sleek grey/silver design and easy-to-use controls make it a pleasure to use, it is also quite tall, I stand at around 5.8 and it is considerably taller than me. In terms of functionality, the fridge-freezer excels. The temperature control is simple yet precise, maintaining a consistent temperature in both the fridge and freezer compartments. The shelves and drawers are adjustable, allowing me to customize the interior layout to suit my storage needs. The noise level is minimal, even when running on the highest setting and has an internal light that will tell you off if you leave the door open to long. Energy efficiency is another plus. While I haven't noticed a significant reduction in my energy bills yet, the fridge-freezer has an energy-efficient rating, so I'm confident it will help me save money in the long run. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. This fridge-freezer is a great value for the price and has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient appliance.

I looked at it today and thought, I haven't left a review, so... I've had it just over 2 months now and it is an excellent fridge freezer. Very quiet, and if I leave the door open too long, it starts flashing to remind me to shut it. It's black, so handprints show, until I discovered you pull the door from the bottom, yes, I know everyone will see this immediately, but I didn't. Anyway, really happy with it.

Bought this fridge a few months ago, and the door seal is already damaged. Even though it's under warranty, the company refuses to replace it without charging, calling it a "consumable part." Terrible after-sales support. Avoid this product – not worth the hassle or extra costs.

The fridge looks sleek. Temperature functions well ,frost free. The only negative thing is the baskets . They are not deep and slide easily away.

Value for money and great big size

Unless you read the manual before purchase you'll be unaware of the following. If you install the fridge with the incorrect dimensions and position in your kitchen they will annul the guarantee. See below reply when I made a request for repair under the guarantee. Thank you for providing the images as requested. On checking these, there does not seem to be the recommended clearance between the appliance and the kitchen cupboards. Please also be advised that this appliance is not intended to be used as a built-in appliance. I have attached below a copy of the details from the manual which explain how the appliance should be placed; Should the recommended clearance not be available, then this will effect the ventilation and will therefore make the appliance work harder than needed. This in turn will cause the issue that you are experiencing. I would therefore suggest that you move the appliance to allow the recommended clearance, and to perform a factory reset. This involves unplugging the appliance for at least 24 hours once moved, and then turning it back on and setting the temperature to a medium setting. Generally should this not resolve the problem; the appliance would be exchanged under the warranty. In light of the fact you have used the appliance against the manufacturers installation instructions, this does void the manufacturers warranty on the item unfortunately. And my reply It would seem to me the pictures and measurements provided by myself are being solely used to annul the guarantee. All things in life are a compromise and that's very true with fitting things into a kitchen. The fridge is more or less free standing with a 4 cm gap on both sides and on the top is a bridging cupboard which is 300 cm in depth, that allows a 300cm gap at the back to the ceiling, a distance of 500cm. In my personal opinion the air gaps are more than sufficient for the normal operation of the fridge. I assume these gaps are more about efficiency of the fridge rather than the cause if a mechanical failure. As it is the fridge does not seem to run any longer than expected, in fact quite the opposite. If we want to be pedantic then I could also argue that the fridge is not installed next to an oven but next to a dividing panel. I find your response to this problem very disappointing. I also think that the measurements in the manual should be clearly stated on any product description so that a more informative purchase can be made. As it is the fridge seems to be running OK now so no problem

Cool fridge amd cold freezer compartments without any ice or frost buildup. Really quiet which probably means that it uses very little energy which is a win.

Product as described, looks amazing in our kitchen and the fridge is quite spacious too, more than enough space for my partner and I. Very happy with my purchase.
