Summary Pros: works really well, long lasting, basically invisible. Cons: expensive, spreads like cold butter, amount given is disappointing. Worked for me! At first I was very disappointed. The amount they give you is very little compared to your average lip balm. It feels kind of underwhelming when you pay so much but get a half empty lip balm container. Regardless I was excited to try it out. I have extremely dry lips especially during the winter. And although I didn’t take any pictures of the before, just imagine super flaky lips that if you were to smile too wide you would start bleeding (I don’t want to put my lips through that again so just take my word for it). I would constantly be rubbing off the dry flakes out of embarrassment (I know that makes it worse but that’s just what helped in the moment). I had tried so many different lipsticks/lip balms nothing truly worked. The best I would get is the healing ointment from cerave. And although that did work, It would make my lips look super oily and I would need to constantly be reapplying. This lipbalm works great. I apply it in the morning and night and my lips feel hydrated all day. It is thick in consistency, so its hard to apply on dry lips since it spreads like cold butter (at first). But it doesn’t feel heavy and you can tell you have enough when you smack your lips. After 4 days my lips went from dehydrated prehistoric fossils to plump and healthy. I was skeptical at first but I “trusted the process” and it worked very well for me.

My lips get so chapped during the winter and NOTHING helps... well nothing until this. I ordered it after I saw some dermatologists reviews it as a 10 on TikTok and thought might as well try because I've literally tried everything! I have to reapply every few hours normally and my lips still get peely skin and FEEL dry and irritated, but at least applying every few hours I don't get the dreaded double lip. With Remedy I apply in the morning and I'm good to go. This morning I put it on and just realized that the last two days I've been in the hospital without my Remedy Lip Treatment and guess what, my lips STILL aren't bad and I wasn't miserable without any kind of chapstick for 2 days. This stuff is legit buy it, it's worth the money!

I have been trying to find a dupe for some random airline lip balm from Sunday Riley when they partnered with United Airlines. I did not know who Sunday Riley was before I got the lip balm. It is discontinued now and Sunday Riley never released this formula on their own. I did a bunch of comparisons of ingredients and reviews and narrowed it down to this one. It is not a basic lip balm, it is a this ointment like balm that you couldn't probably only use at night because it is so thick. It leaves a gray cast, was only half full, and got grainy before I finished the package. It was too expensive for it so suck so bad. I've moved on to Aquaphor lip repair and it's price point and quality is better. I'm still trying to find my Sunday Riley dupe though. It was seriously the best lip balm I ever used.

Great product. Not too think can be worn over lipstick for shine. Lips were very chapped but one night next day much smoother.

11/19/25 I bought this lip balm, I really like it, however the packaging could be better quality. The tube is cracking open, and I've had to tape it closed so that the balm doesn't escape. I leave the tube on my desk so it's not as if it's jammed in my pocket or handbag where it could become damaged. It's a great product, has healed my lips nicely, but for the price I believe the tube itself needs to be reimagined. That's why I've given it 4 stars.

actuallt a great product, BUT super difficult to get out of the tube as others have mentioned, and yes, expensive. i am on the fence about value....

I'm an event planner and work a large convention in the winter and it's very dry. My lips crack and peel and this was the first year they didn't after using this product religiously. I even run a full size humidifier in my hotel room and have tried every lip balm on the market and Remedy is the first thing that really worked. Nice consistency. Goes on well, feels nice on the lips. I did use another product at night that I believe helped called Primally Pure Lip Oil, but I do love Remedy products and will continue using this product through the winter as its amazing during our harsh winters in WI.

I am a bit confused about this product. When first ordered it, i loved it. My repeat purchase of this lip balm has been a completely different experience. It looks like the applicator is different and its difficult to squeeze out, the balm itself is no longer smooth and its thick and stiff. I don't know if any formula changes happened, but given the price of this product I was quite disappointed.

حلو صراحه ويرطب مره. بس اللي مايحب الثقيل موب مناسبه، قوامه مره مشابه للفازلين. الغريب فيه ان العلبه راسها مايل لازم اعفط يدي وانا احطه

Very hydrating and not sticky or too shiny. Nice feel on the lips

I love this stuff BUT it's very very expensive!
