When used consistently with instructions, and with a simple diet (cuz some of you guys eat ANYTHING) this product works fine. Remember it's your gut/tract we're talking about. It just needs regulation and this product does help with stopping the madness when its Happy Adult Fun Time. I would say get consistent with this 2/3 days before you actually wanna have fun, so you tract is doing what it should, along with your diet. Saves you having to do the whole not eating throughout the day before it. But yeah it's good for relief and calming the tract, for sure. there is benefits for the skin too.

These capsules r great after maybe a cpl off days of consumption they really work & have cut down the amount off times I Douche I take them with fiber & let them do their work . So please and surprised that this product actually works and does what it says it should. My only comment, and maybe very personal to me, but I DON’T need to take 6 pills a day. This is VERY overkill and actually ended up making me VERY blocked and feeling unwell. I reduced to taking just 2 tables in the morning with my breakfast and they work perfectly. When it comes to cleaning out it’s so quick and easy and clear as a whistle after. I highly recommend to all bottoms, guys you won’t look back! I’ll definitely be purchasing again 👍🏾

I'd been using plain psyllium husk capsules for a while which didn't have the desired effect. After a few days on these, there was a very big and noticeable improvement on 'output'. Cheaper than other brands but with same result.

Didn’t do much for me

This is, by far, the best fiber program that I have tried. It is gentle on the stomach and produces the desired effect. Used daily, it keep one clean.

Does exactly what it needs to do

This Bottom stuff is good. I haven't had good movements since on GLP-1 now they are easy and of guality and size. Less clean up as well . I have subscribed now that I know it works

I felt and noticed a difference, but not enough of one to justify this price. I've gotten similar if not better results from the brands found in the drug store.
