I have sensitive, combination skin with a somewhat compromised barrier, so I’m always afraid retinols might irritate me. To my surprise, the Dr. Althea retinol performed amazingly. I’ve been using it in a very simple routine: first I apply the Cream 345 to prep and protect my skin, then the retinol, and finally I seal everything with my usual moisturizer. The texture is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and it didn’t cause any stinging, peeling or breakouts which is usually the first reaction I get with stronger or harsher retinols. On the contrary, I’ve noticed my skin becoming softer, more radiant and with smoother texture, without losing hydration. If you have sensitive skin or are afraid of starting with retinol, this is an excellent option: effective yet very gentle.

Love it, my skin didn’t like any retinol but this one is very gentle. So give it a try I use it twice a week and it’s very gentle I use sandwich method too
