Where Can i buy spare inserts

I purchased an insert for a size 2 some time ago and completely failed to get the remnants of the old one out. Think only solution will be to drill it out, considering cost of copper head just wish I had not bothered and thrown old one away as have had to buy a complete new replacement anyway.
