I am 2 metres tall and weigh in at about 140kg and this seat is perfect for my frame. Everything about it fits the bill, comfort, support, adjustable, robust and value for money. The only slight niggle is the armrests which don't appear as robust as the rest of the unit and whist the armrest height can be adjusted and locked the front to back and side to side movement doesn't lock. The chair arrives in kit form but putting it together is pretty simple other than the armrests which could be better illustrated to differentiate between left and right. All in all very pleased with my purchase and the minor criticisms certainly don't warrant a star deduction. Recommended.

Comfy, and instant relief for my back. My last office chair was destroying my back, so to switch to this was immediate relief. The chair feels strong, reliable and is most importantly COMFORTABLE. To provide reference, im a large guy. 6 4" better part of 120kg. And this chair didnt even wince with my fat ass on it. It is tank like and definitely a genuine chair for the larger people. The only two small gripes i have is -The head rest is 2D and not 3D, so i cant bring it forwards. But thats not a deal breaker at all and I knew this before buying, but may be something you should consider. - The arm rests are not the best. But when im sat at my desk my arms are on the table anyway ? So again I do not see this as a negative. And is really the only minus about the chair. Honestly its up there with the best things I've bought from amazon. Will come back and change this to a scaving negative rant if something breaks :) So if youre reading this then the chair is still good!

left arm internals snapped off. Cant find a good way to contact seller. Over all though it is really comfy. Sized well for someone over 6ft and other than the arm issue after about a year... really nice chair. - customer service were very fast and sent a new arm out. No arguing, just sent it. Couldn't have asked for more.

After years of suffering through cheap, uncomfortable chairs, this office swivel chair has been an absolute game-changer. This is exactly what I wanted, its a great product. It is robust and easy to assemble but would be a bit heavy for some people to lift and in some cases build. Some parts are heavy as well so get help if you think you are going to need it. It is a heavy duty product after all. It is a bit more on the wider side than some office chairs but not by much, overall it seems strong and is extremely comfortable for me.

The chair feels robust, even quite heavy. You cannot prevent the chair from reclining, nor does it have any pre-set recline settings. Height is fine, as is the width - however, the padding in the seat is pretty standard and does not make the chair suitable for heavy people. I've used the chair daily now for a number of days, and after being seated for around 4 hours each day (with frequent periods away from my desk), I feel the seat cushion overly compressed and no longer offering me comfortable support.

As the title says this is quite simply the best chair I've ever had! Not only is it clearly secure for one of my breadth (very broad, ex-rugby) and weight (currently around 20 stone/127kg/280lbs), but it is exceptionally comfortable and I sit in the chair easily with a little wiggle room to spare. I don't need an additional lumbar pillow for support as this built-in one supports the perfect area, and adjusts naturally when you sit forward, lean back (recline) or up straight. Whilst the chair is new and hasn't yet stood the test of time, I have a feeling it will last for years to come. I would highly recommend this for any large men (or women) out there. As an added note, some of the screw were missing initially, but upon reaching out and emailing the seller directly, the screws arrived via courier within 6 days, arriving before Christmas, so exceptional customer support to go with an excellent chair!

No instructions in the box- had to return it, complete waste of time and money. Didn't look simple to put together either. There was an email address for support, which went unanswered when I reached out for help. Don't bother - order something else.
