everything you need including 1 bag of gel ammo in the box.
cracking bit of kit.. super easy to put together (remember barrel end screws on lefty tighty not lefty loosy.) 1 packet of ammo in the box all parts in good condition. plastic construction but plenty of metal parts internal to give it some meaningful weight. not quite a realistic replica But not a kids toy gun either. decent accuracy and power.

Broken in a couple of days
When I first bought this gun it was working fine but a few days later the whole gun only shot a couple of gel balls while the others just roll out of the barrel, I do not recommend because there are far better products.
