A: Glad to answer your question though mentioned in product details. Dear sir it is an auto lock system. You will see a nipple on the corner of the pillow, There is cap on the nipple.Open the cap & you will see a cut inside the neck.pressing from out side in such a way that the cut is opened.Just keep it pressed from out side & fill the air through your mouth.As the air is filled relise the neck and the air is locked.Vise-versa for removing the air.Pls feel free for any query. We are always there to help you at our level best.

Quality is OK. Serves for small purpose. I use it while travelling in train. Filling air can be little bit tricky. If other side is stuck to the side, from where you are trying to fill air, it doesn't work. With some practice you will understand it.
