Great Product

I purchased this water cooler long back, in 2019. All these years, I thought, the cooler is perfectly working, until, I'd to get it opened yesterday, doubting about its cooling effect. To my utter horror I realized that, the coolant water outlet at the top of the tower, which distributes water to the filter, is IN SEALED condition, i.e. plastic mold layer, (like electrical switches socket for screws which are normally closed and you need to open it with screw driver). is in absolute sealed condition!!!!! How the water can get distributed at the top? Only mistake I did today is that, I didn't click its photo, before opening the outlet with a screwdriver. Such blunders are not at all acceptable. All these 5-6 years, I was kept completely under dark that, such things can also happen, in spite of so called quality checks. After opening the factory seal of the coolant water exhaust (its a plastic mold leftover, which should've been removed while assembling), which is located below one black cover (so, it just cannot be identified even. It can be observed in the attached photos) I realized the blunder by the manufacturer. This is simply not acceptable. No person on earth can ever find out such gross manufacturing mistakes, as, the cooler was very much working, but only without water getting sprinkled through the cooler tower filter, which gives cooling effect. Now, after opening the plastic mold leftover cover of the cooling pipe outlet, right inside the top cover, water started flowing. How can anyone come to know about this? However, this should've been checked during quality inspection. Now, the water is flowing perfectly, after replacing the pump and opening the plastic outlet pipe properly, and we are getting perfect cooling effect. I'm giving 4* because the product is good, however, it was sent without proper quality checks which resulted in this agonizing 6 years of its usage. As can be seen from the photos attached, I'd never seen water coming out at the top, get distributed equally across the filter and go down through that! I saw that, for the first time today, as can been seen from photo, where water is seen flowing (after getting it repaired by paying 1000/- ). I expect some response from SYMPHONY maintenance / quality check team regarding this gross blunder.

If there was zero start I would have given the same. I bought this 2 years back. After first summer, I drained water and kept it properly. When wanted to use it again came to know that water motor is not working. Luckily it was in warranty so got it replaced. Again now when I want to use it water motor is not working. Very bad product quality. If you want to spent few thousand every year on this the. Only you should buy it. Worst product

Pros: 1)Lightweight 2)Has a powerful fan 3)12L water capacity 4)Water stays for the whole day upon filling it to full 5) It's provided with wheels so movement is easy. Cons: 1)Doesn't cool the room as advertised 2)Half of the air went is closed/covered with plastic that's non removable and the same is not clear from the images. 3)Low, medium and high speeds have no difference 4)Makes lot of sound even in low mode 5)Water pump doesn't work as advertised, it was defective 6) Air only blows from the top part of the half covered air vent. Conclusion: It's a really good and expensive tower fan but not a really good air cooler. If you have AC in the room, buy this and place it next to your bed but don't rely only on this if you don't want to be disappointed.

4 days before I received it , till now it’s external body condition is brand new, and my experience after using it for 4 days is also good,hope so it remains the same in future

Good and worthy product according to price.

Very disappointing. Half of the front vent is blocked internally, so airflow comes from only one side — suitable for just one person, not a room. Cooling doesn’t work properly. Even after filling 70–80% water, pads remained dry and it worked like a normal fan. After refilling, it started throwing water droplets like a spray instead of cooling. Overall, poor design and unreliable performance. Not recommended. Better buy a room fan than this.
