NFS Rival can be played Offline, where as New NFS always require ONLINE CONNECTIVITY (Even for Single player mode).NFS Rival is a bit Arcade type. There is no car customization and gets a bit boring after some time.The new NFS is really a great choice if you like car customization.Seriously, you will spend maximum of your time in garage designing vinyls and publishing it online.Besides the races are great ... Drift, Drag, Sprint, Circuit, Time attack, as well as instant challenges.The only irritation is that EA India Servers SUCK....Sometime they stay down for almost 8 - 10 hours a day....other than that the new NFS is definitely worth your money.But if you don't have a high speed internet then go and play NFS RIVAL.
