Finally after trying it for 15 days I am writing this review. To begin with please dilute it well with water and then only consume otherwise can damage enamel layer or inner cheek which is common to all acv. Also drink with straw ✓When to consume Early morning will be best or alongside meal if you have consumed excess or fell excesss full ✓ how to consume Dilute it in half glass of water normal or semi hot both will do and add 1 or 1.5 teaspoons ✓ benefits It helps to control your weight to a stable level. Combined with regular 1 hrs gym helped me loose approx 2 kg in 15 days which is great and better than other weight loss supplements like fat burners which I had tried almost all. Also helps you stay active so try avoiding in night unless if you want to wake up. Overall presentation packing and quality is good.
