Is it from the milk of Desi Indian cow or american jersey cow?

No this is not made from Desi Cow. I had asked this from the customer care service on email and they said (And I quote) that this is made from milk of different breeds. These breeds are both desi and western breeds (Jersey Cows). In other words you can not be sure that it is made from only India Desi Cow breeds like gir cow etc. I've already mentioned this in the review (see Amazon review by "True Review").Also note this is not specifically Organic. The cows are forest fed i.e. the normal fodder available. There are other things also involved like refrain from using allopathic medicines etc.My friend whose family was into farming. They informed me is that Desi "Gir" cow ghee is the that is mentioned in Ayurveda for its medicinal properties. And not other ghees. Also it is better to have ghee made from Desi breeds of cow or buffalo because it contains a protein generally called A2 protein. Do some research you'll find everything.But in this regards Organic India is advertising wrongly - The product is not made from Desi Indian Cow Breeds milk.

Is it prepared from curd or milk cream ? Also is it A2 grade ?

It's not A2 grade! Not sure how it prepared....

Very Bad Quailty

Very poor quality- does not look and taste like ghee at all. In all probability, a fake. Organic India has a reputation. This product can ruin their good reputation. No ghee aroma either. The no taste and no aroma in the product leaves a serious doubt about its genuine ness.
