Refrigerate and they taste even better!
I ate the whole thing so quick it was not even funny… it’s really good! Made some sushi rice with it and omg yes! The other people are crazy calling this bad. I have had bad and this is not it at all. Trust me, nice eggs with a salty pop! Getting more.

One Star for TASTE only.
The one star review is for the taste. Absolutely nothing like the salmon roe from the USA Completely different flavor, bland with a strange after taste and much smaller egg size than I get at Whole Foods. Otherwise, arrived timely and was as described.

Good for champagne tastes on a beer budget
Although there was no ice pack to keep the product cool and the flavor was a bit on the bland side, the product was fresh enough and satisfied my craving for something fancier without breaking the bank.

Salmon Roe too firm
Yes it is salmon roe and tastes good, but the size and firmness of the roe is not pleasant. The eggs are too small, and they are too firm -- they do not burst easily and you find yourself just swallowing whole eggs, not experiencing the flavor within.

Do not buy.
this is not a real salmon roe. It taste like can. Ingredients: Fish stock, salmon roe, sunflower seed oil. Im not a picky eater but I cannot tolerate it.

Not a caviar afficionado by any means. I used to enjoy the Black Whitefish they sold at grocery stores, until they stopped carrying it. This roe was....well, relatively salty and poppy, but by no means delish. It's a bit too large for me, and a bit too fishy for my taste. My fave "caviar" these days is the vegan kind. It may not "pop" initially like the whitefish, it has a more chewy consistency if you eat it plain. But if you toast half a bagel, spread it with cream cheese, then dollup the vegan "caviar" onto it which is how I enjoy it, I have to say that not only is the taste better, but it's almost exactly like the whitefish, and I much prefer it to this kind. This wasn't horrible, just....not worth the sacrifice, imo.
