If you're looking for a high-quality, bioavailable vitamin, this is it. I spent several weeks researching all types and brands for my ADHD child, and this one is about as perfect as they come. It has the non-toxic forms of B vitamins, plenty of magnesium and zinc, and I love that it's 6 capsules per serving so I can spread it out throughout the day for better absorption and adjust each of our intake to fit our individual needs. Our whole family takes this vitamin along with some other supplements (Fish oil, extra calcium, etc.) It's a great supplement for anyone and especially great for anyone with sensitivities.

I purchased these vitamins for about one year when I began to notice that the pills were becoming mottled with large black spots. I called the manufacturer to see if this was normal and okay to use. I found out that the manufacturer does not guarantee or give any information about pills bought on-line. The only authorized resellers are doctors in their offices. The manufacturer can not guarantee any pills bought on-line because they do not know how they are handled, stored or shipped. I now buy directly from the manufacturer rather than from my doctor because it is just easier for me. I would not purchase these on-line as they are expensive and you do not know what you are getting. When I contacted the reseller I received an angry response. With the manufacturer or doctor I am guaranteed a safe product.

I've searched high and low and this is the only multi I've found with the Vitamin A type and amount I was looking for, the methyl forms of both folate and B12 and a good balance of other vitamins, minerals and trace elements without a bunch of added herbs, fillers or potential allergens. Even though I wasn't looking for something specifically for those on the autism spectrum, and different people may choose this as a stand alone vitamin regimen or choose to use it as a basis to augment further with additional supplements, the balance and purity is an appealing starting point for everyone in my family. I've used various Klaire Labs products over many years so it is a trusted name and I didn't hesitate to try the switch to this multi as soon as I found it.

I got this for my 4yr old son (5 in 3mon) and it advises to take 6 capsules per day and it’s impossible to do so.. not only the capsule is too big to swallow even for adults, smell is awful. I am sure all ingredients are excellent but my kids hate it and I cannot even spread it over food due to smell.. most of all, 6 big capsules per day is really challenging for small kids.. if they could make this for kids friendly, I will buy again.

After giving these to my 6 year old, we noticed a big improvement in his behavior etc. He mainly suffers from intestinal issues but apparently this has caused some malabsorption issues and he had some low levels of certain vitamins. This was not the only supplement we were giving him but we saw a large improvement. Update: dec 2015..... I ran out of this vitamin and gave him another brand (life extension two-per-day which I take and love!). His behavior regressed over the span of the week and I was so sorry I let it run out :( I ordered it with next day shipping and in a few days he was again improved. We also added about 600-800 mg of magnesium (glycinate and citrate) and that helped even more. So thankful for these!
