Enhancers E627+E631= AMAZE! Add some MSG or tomatoes for the umami, as they enhance the taste. Best way to get 627+631 in one package in India For those who don’t know, they enhance taste of MSG by 10x

Urban Platter’s vegetable broth bullion is probably the only and one of the decent veggie broth in Indian market. Trust me, I’ve searched for it quite a bit and as it is not a part of customary Indian Cuisine, vegetable broth is a tough find and even though simple it comes with a pretty tedious recipe!!! Now here’s the deal, when you search for vegetable broth on Amazon you’ll land only a handful of searches in this category. Including Knorr and Maggi. And if you’re a vegetable broth user, you know that Maggi’s cubes are maggots and Knor cubes kill you with their MSG content. That leaves you with a new option- urban platter. And while I felt there was some arm twisting and blackmailing because you’ll now have to try vegetable broth from this brand ...I have to say , I’m pretty pleased with the quality, taste and how convenient it has made my life. I’ve tried Paella, Ramen, and several one bowl meals with this broth and it is flavorful and tasty. It also has no MSG. It’s quite concentrated so I realize I dont have to use a lot of it. BEWARE: IT HAS A VERY HIGH SODIUM CONTENT. If you’re a Ramen lover , you’ll enjoy this product a lot. May be not the best one out there, but it is the best available on Amazon right now.
