So, here's my story: A few years ago I started to feel like I was living in a fog. I was having trouble concentrating and focusing, I was forgetting things and felt like I could fall asleep at any time. It gradually got worse until I always felt like I was living in a dream. My doctor told me it was stress related (I certainly had plenty going on). I did all I could to reduce stress, began taking several supplements and a medication he felt might help and started getting plenty of sleep - none of that helped and, if anything, it was getting worse. At work, I was really struggling. Tried it for a couple of weeks before I stopped to give 5HTP a try. PQQ taken together with Ubiquinol Q10 as is recommended, seemed very effective for brain and body fatigue.
